Application

Reactant for:
  • Halide-induced ring opening of 2-substituted aziridinium salts
  • Synthesis of fluoro aromatics via fluorodenitration reactions
  • Synthesis of sevoflurane in ionic liquids by halogen-exchange fluorination
  • Synthesis of fluorinated Poly(oxomolybdates)
Tetramethylammonium fluoride may be used in combination with sulfuryl fluoride for the conversion of aryl phenols to aryl fluorides.[1] It can react with aminosilanes to generate onium amide bases in situ, which can deprotonate heteroarenes.[2]
Useful for halogen exchange.

Podocyte depletion due to apoptosis is the key hallmark of proteinuric kidney disease progression. Recently, several studies reported that mitochondrial (mt) dysfunction is involved in podocyte injury, while the underlying molecular mechanisms remain elusive. This study investigated the potential proximal

Aberrant epithelial repair has been observed in chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) patients; however, the mechanism of epithelial cell repair regulation is unclear. Epidermal growth factor (EGF) plays an important role in regulating epithelial cell repair in lower airway and may be

It has been proposed that epithelial cells can acquire invasive properties through exposure to paracrine signals originated from mesenchymal cells within the tumor microenvironment. Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) has been revealed as an active factor that mediates the epithelial-stroma cross-talk
