什么是滴定?
滴定是一种使用已知浓度溶液(滴定剂)来测定未知化合物的准确浓度或某物质的纯度的定量分析技术。在滴定过程中,可手动操作玻璃滴定管或通过滴定仪将滴定剂滴加到溶解样品中。当添加滴定剂足够与样品中所有分析物反应时则完成滴定。通过指示剂颜色变化或电势变化可以确定滴定剂离子过量。化学反应完成的这一时刻称为“当量点”或“终点”。最后根据消耗的滴定剂体积可计算出分析物的准确量。

容量法和库仑法卡尔费休滴定都使用双电位终点检测法定量样品中水分消耗的碘。滴定池碘过量会导致电位变化,表示滴定至此结束,此时即可停止添加或生成碘。库仑法适合低水分含量和液体样品,容量法可用于固体和液体以及高水分含量样品。
