Documents At a Glance!- Document Library
With the Document Library feature, you can easily access product documents (SDS, COA, COO, etc.) based on your purchase history and recently viewed items. You can also save various resources related to protocols and research that may be helpful, and access them anytime from the Document Library.
How to Use the Document Library
Simply click on the 'Document Library' icon on the main page after logging in, or click the 'Document Library' link located below the navigation menu on the top right to access the Document Library feature."


In the Document Library, you can download certificates and protocol/technical documents related to recently purchased/viewed products, as well as saved documents and related reference protocols. If you can't find the document you're looking for, simply click on the document and then click the 'Customer Support' text to fill out a form and request the relevant document from the customer support team.

Easily Check Order Status - Share Your Order
By clicking on the order number you want to check in 'Account' or 'Orders', you can view the order status as shown below. You can also share it with colleagues or supervisors, or copy and paste a link that allows the recipient to view the order details in real-time. This feature makes it quick and easy to share order information with relevant parties, enabling smoother collaboration.



The created list can be accessed by clicking the 'List' icon on the main page that appears after logging in, or by clicking the 'List' link located below the navigation menu on the top right.


Collaborate with Colleagues
You can invite your colleagues to the list you created, and the invited members can view and add items to the list. List members can see who added each product and can leave notes on the products they added. Additionally, you can set a deadline for the list and send reminder emails to members who haven't marked the list as 'Completed' by the deadline.



On the Reorder page, you can view all items purchased online within the last six months. The Reorder page allows you to
- Search by SKU
- Check the date the item was ordered
- View related orders
- See price and stock information
- Visit the product detail pages
Simply add the items you wish to reorder to your cart, and proceed with your purchase.

Reordering from the Order Details Page
You can add all items from a specific order to your cart by clicking the "Add All to Cart" button on the right side of the order details page.
If you wish to reorder only specific items from that order, use the "Add to Cart" button next to each item in the order details view.
