Amberlite IRN78, strong base anion exchange gel type polystyrene resin in hydroxide form, has quaternary ammonium functional group.[1]

As a nuclear grade resin, a minimum of 95% of the available exchange sites are in the hydroxide form.

애플리케이션

Amberlite IRN78 hydroxide form was used as packing bed in vertical column chromatography.[2]

Strongly basic (type I) anion exchange resin for water treatment, RADwaste, decontamination, etc.; useful for boron thermal regeneration.
