General description
- Use with SS lecture-bottle regulators when regulating corrosive gases
- 316 SS with CGA inlet/outlet connections
- Diaphragm-seal purge valve with 1/4 in. NPTM inlet
- Check-valve at purge-inlet prevents backflow of gas
Valve installs between lecture-bottle and regulator to purge system of air, moisture, and process gas. Minimizes gas hydrolysis and corrosion damage to equipment.
Purge system with dry inert gas before introducing corrosive gases and again immediately after use. PTFE sealing washers are NOT included.
Note: Order spare washers, listed separately.
