Description

General description

Cyclopentane (CP), a cycloalkane, is a flammable liquid with a wide range of industrial applications.[1] The crystalline structure of CP has been investigated based on laser Raman spectrum at 85K[2] and infrared spectra over a range of temperature between 4000-200cm^-1.[3] The impact of support materials on the reaction properties of supported metal catalysts in heterogeneously metal-catalyzed reactions has been studied based on the hydrogen/deuterium exchange reaction in CP.[4] The pyrolytic reaction process of CP has been reported.[5]
