General description

Linear peptide corresponding to mouse Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1.

Application

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 in microsomal membranes from C57BL/6J mice (Thomas Gettys, Palmetto Biotech).
Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:500 dilution from a representative lot detected Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 in brown and white adipose mouse hepatic tissue sections (Thomas Gettys, Palmetto Biotech).
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 in mouse microsomal liver preps (Hasek, B.E., et al. (2013). Diabetes. 62:1-12).

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in microsomal preparation of rat brain tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:100 dilution of this antibody detected Stearoyl-CoA desaturase 1 in 10 µg of microsomal preparation of rat brain tissue lysate.
