General description

Toyopearl AF-Chelate-650 resin is derivatized with iminodiacetic acid for immobilized metal affinity chromatography or IMAC.IMAC works primarily by binding to histidine and free cysteine containing sequences of proteins or peptides.

Application

TOYOPEARL® Affinity Media are used in affinity chromatography, protein chromatography and activated/functionalized matrices.

Specifications

Clean in place with 0.5 M NaOH or 0.1 M HCl.
