General description
The MILLIPLEX® Human Skin Panel is a 5-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous quantification of any or all of the following analytes in skin, skin tape extract or skin cell
culture samples: cortisol, keratin-6, involucrin, keratin-1,10, and human serum albumin (HSA).
The Luminex® xMAP® platform uses a magnetic bead immunoassay format for ideal speed and sensitivity to quantitate multiple analytes simultaneously, dramatically improving productivity while conserving valuable sample volume.
Panel Type: Immune Response
Specificity
There was no or negligible cross-reactivity between the antibodies for an analyte and any of the other analytes in this panel.
Application
- Analytes: Cortisol, Human Serum Albumin (HSA), Involucrin, Keratin-6, Keratin-1,10
- Recommended Sample type: Skin, skin tape extract, skin cell culture samples
- Assay Run Time: One day or Overnight
- Research Category: Inflammation & Immunology
