KOD One™ PCR Master Mix is the right choice for ultra-fast PCR. It offers the fastest elongation rates available for high fidelity polymerases without compromising on the yield and specificity. This convenient, premixed, ready-to-use solution offers an elongation rate of up to 5 seconds per kb and exhibits approximately 80-fold higher fidelity than Taq DNA polymerase. Additionally, this flexible master mix will easily fit right into your PCR workflow with its ability to amplify directly from crude samples and use primers containing both uracils and inosines.
