General description
About this material:
The NanoFabTx™ Phenyl Boronate Functionalized PAMAM Dendrimer is a specialized drug delivery solution developed and tested for efficient protein delivery. This dendrimer exhibits a high binding affinity with a wide range of proteins, thanks to its rich phenylboronic acid (PBA) content. By leveraging the electron-deficient nature of phenyl boronic acid, this dendrimer can effectively coordinate with cationic amine and imidazole groups on proteins, enabling nitrogen-boronate complexations and cationic and ionic interactions. Moreover, the PBA moieties on this NanoFabTx™ dendrimer provide opportunities for self-assembly and effectively address existing barriers in the cytosolic delivery of nucleic acids.
