TPE-HP flexible 3D Printing Filament: Wear-resistant and flexible
  • Highly technical flexible material, perfect for any situation.
  • Very high abrasion and scratch resistance.
  • 3d print objects with exceptional thermical-resistance characteristics.
  • Very low hygroscopy, no need to worry for humidity anymore.

  • Hardness: 74 sh/A - 22 sh/D
  • Tensile strain at break: 32 MPa
  • Charpy Impact at 23 °C: No break
  • Charpy Impact at -30 °C: No break
  • Melting point: 134 °C
  • Vicat point: 58 °C

Application

Flexability TPE-HP 3D Printing Parameters
  • Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 240 +/-10 °C
  • Bed temperature: 95 +/-10 °C
  • Print speed: 30-40 mm/s
  • Fan: 0-30 %
  • Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.35 mm
  • Plate materials: blue tape, kapton tape, etc.
