Phosphorus tribromide (PBr₃) is a phosphorus halide that can be used as a reactive phosphorylating agent for the formation of multifunctional thiophenes.

애플리케이션

PBr₃ can be used as an acceptor molecule in the formation of donor-acceptor complexes. It can also be used in the phosphorylation of arylphospholes which can further be utilized in the synthesis of phosphonic amides.
