Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) is mostly found in the pulmonary surfactant and localized to the alveoli.(6) Nitrobenzoxadiazole phosphoglycerol (NBD PG) is a fluorescent analog with the fluorophore, 7-nitrobenz-2-oxa-1,3-diazol-4-yl (NBD) linked to the fatty acid chain of the phosphatidylglycerol.

애플리케이션
