Unit Conversion: 1 U (+25 °C; guaiacol as substrate; pH7.0) corresponds to 1.24 U (+25 °C; 1.7 mM ABTS as substrate; pH= 6.0) or to 4.0 U (+25 °C; 8.7 mM ABTS as substrate; pH = 5.0).
