EPA 8270 Base-Neutral Surrogate Spike Mix is a multi-component solution containing certified reference materials (CRMs) such as 2-fluorobiphenyl, nitrobenzene-d5, and p-terphenyl-d14.

US EPA 8000 Series methods are analytical methods for identifying and quantifying halogenated and aromatic volatile organic compounds (VOCs) on the EPA′s Appendix VIII and Appendix IX lists in solid wastes and groundwater at active hazardous treatment, storage, and disposal sites. EPA method 8270 is typically used to determine semivolatile organic compounds.
