General description

OMICRON™ PTFE Syringe Filters HYDROPHILIC

Media: PTFE (Polytetrafluoro ethylene)

PTFE (Hydrohilic) Syringe Filters provide cleaner sample extracts by removing interfering materials and fine particles. They are optically clear when wet with water. They are versatile filters for use with aqueous and aggressive organic solvent based solutions and are especially ideal for HPLC sample preparation. These filters are used for filtration of highly basic or hot solutions, without need of pre-wetting the membrane. They can also filter aqueous solutions without pre-wetting.
