Application

N,N′-Dimethyl-9,9′-biacridinium dinitrate has been used in chemiluminescence assay to measure reactive oxygen species production[1][2] and superoxide production.[3][4][5]
Reagent used for the generation of chemiluminescence in the presence of a reductant and oxygen; it is employed in numerous chemiluminescent assays. Lucigenin is specific for superoxide anion radical.
