General description

Precision external thread for fine control. Valves may be used as a bleed up to 1/2 turn. Full open position is at 11/2 turns.
  • For high-vacuum applications up to 5 × 10-7 torr
  • Continuous use at 230°C or intermittently at 275°C
  • Nonrotating PTFE shaft with PTFE wipers
  • Viton® O-rings

  • Primary seal is made with a FKM O-Ring on a tapered seat
