애플리케이션

Cobalt(II) acetylacetonate can be used as a catalyst for oxidative isocyanide insertion and catalytic cycloaddition reactions. Additionally, Co(acac)₂ is also used in allylic and benzylic oxidation reactions.

Cobalt(II) acetylacetonate can be used as a catalyst for the dehydration reaction of aldoximes to synthesize nitriles.
