General description

Diamond Vitamin Tween® 80 Solution 40X supplement provides nutrients and reduces the biosynthetic burden of cells in vitro. Vitamin supplements enhance the growth and prolong cell viability in cell culture media.

Application

Diamond Vitamin Tween® 80 Solution 40x has been used as a supplement in TYI-S33 medium to grow Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites.[1]
Diamond Vitamin Tween® 80 Solution 40x has been used as a supplement:
  • to culture Spironucleus salmonicida[2]
  • to culture Giardia intestinalis[3]
  • to culture Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites[1]
